The NUVINA / EPIC KOREA website collects your name, business or salon name, contact details, enquiry and preferences to respond to enquiries, material requests, demonstrations and introduction consultations.
Consent records, IP addresses, browser and referral information support abuse prevention, enquiry management and service improvement. If you link LINE, your linking action associates a LINE identifier with your enquiry.
We use this information to answer requests, supply materials, arrange appointments, discuss quotations and support introduction. Optional advertising measurement depends on cookie consent.
Access is limited to staff who need the information. Hosting and email providers may process information on our behalf within the necessary scope. We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent except where permitted by law.
Measures include restricted access, multifactor authentication and encrypted backups. Our retention principle is to keep information only as long as needed for the enquiry, transaction or legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise it.

Visit and enquiry measurement
With optional measurement consent, this site records page paths, search/AI source labels, language and counts of form opens, starts and submission attempts. The measurement table stores no names, emails, phone numbers, IP addresses or form contents. Enquiry details are managed separately for responding to your request.
When Google analytics is configured, consented visit/enquiry events are sent without names, emails or phone numbers. Browsing and enquiries remain available without optional measurement.
