WHY NUVINA?

More than a change in appearance.

Many beauty devices focus on a particular purpose or area, such as skin, fat or muscles. NUVINA considers the body as a connected whole. Combine subtle energy current, warmth, suction and vibration to consider muscle tension, warmth, body lines, and the environment of skin and scalp together.

BIOELECTRIC CONCEPT

Beauty begins with the body’s subtle electrical signals.

The body uses subtle electrical signals to carry information from the brain to muscles and produce movement. NUVINA takes inspiration from this mechanism. Comfortable electrical stimulation is transmitted through the practitioner’s hands to support muscle contraction and relaxation. Combine warmth, suction and vibration in a whole-body care approach that considers the conditions behind a healthy, youthful impression.

Beyond looking younger, toward lasting vitality.

06 / FOR YOUR CLIENTS

Different ages. Different needs.
Menus shaped for your salon.

20s–40s / Clients interested in body-line care

Focused body-line programme

Use consultation to identify areas of interest such as the abdomen, arms or legs. Separate focused-area and full-body options and explain what the 90-minute booking includes.

60,000~80,000円

40s–60s / Clients seeking skin and facial care

Face & décolleté care

Offer face and décolleté care as one menu. Explain treatment and home-care roles separately, then discuss a manageable budget and visit schedule.

35,000~50,000円

Older clients / Those seeking a comfortable care experience

Warming body care

Focus the offer on warmth and relaxation. Do not choose a standard treatment solely by age; check individual condition and the equipment’s suitability requirements.

35,000~50,000円

Clients interested in scalp care

Premium scalp care

Pair care focused on scalp cleanliness and moisture with everyday home-care suggestions. Track scalp appointments separately from face/body bookings and separate service sales from product sales.

35,000~50,000円

Younger clients / Enquiries about post-activity care

Check suitability before planning a menu

Do not simply apply an adult menu. Check the manufacturer’s age and use conditions and parental involvement before determining what can be offered. No height or growth outcome is promised.

Scope and pricing after suitability review

Times and prices are menu-design examples. Adapt them to the equipment configuration, suitability conditions, staff proficiency and local pricing.

MODEL PRICES / 22 DAYS

What bookings and sales make up ¥3.16 million?

An example with 22 operating days and two daily appointments each for Body and Nano. These are planning assumptions, not reported salon results.

Prices in this operating example are calculation assumptions, separate from the menu examples above. Actual pricing and treatment times are tailored during consultation.

Menu / salesCalculationMonthly sales
Body Therapy2 clients × 22 days × ¥40,000¥1,760,000
Nano Therapy2 clients × 22 days × ¥25,000¥1,100,000
Home care20 monthly orders × ¥15,000¥300,000
Total88 treatments + 20 product orders¥3,160,000

At 60 minutes per treatment, 15 minutes for preparation and 15 minutes for cleaning, each appointment takes 90 minutes and four appointments take six hours daily. Check equipment configuration and staffing; do not count the same booking twice. Twenty home-care orders are a separate sales target.

Revenue is not the amount left after costs.

For the standard model at ¥30,000 per visit, with 44 visits and ¥1.32m in sales, assume ¥2,000 materials per visit, 3.25% payment fees and ¥100,000 extra monthly staffing:

¥1,320,000 − ¥88,000 − ¥42,900 − ¥100,000 = ¥1,089,100

Additional rent, advertising, utilities and tax still need to be deducted, along with lost contribution from displaced services. Introduction costs range from ¥1,500,000 to ¥5,000,000 excluding tax, configured for your menus, purpose, installation environment, equipment and accessories. ¥5,000,000 excluding tax ÷ ¥1,089,100 ≈ 4.6 months; ¥1,500,000 excluding tax ÷ ¥1,089,100 ≈ 1.4 months. This is neither actual payback nor net profit.

Combined example: Body ¥1,760,000 + Nano ¥1,100,000 + home care ¥300,000 = ¥3,160,000/month. Allow capacity for each treatment and do not double-count revenue.

※Illustrative calculations, not a guarantee of revenue, profit or payback. Results depend on demand, pricing and costs.

09 / UNDERSTAND YOUR INVESTMENT

Check the sales needed for your introduction configuration.

Introduction cost ¥1,500,000–¥5,000,000 (excluding tax), at ¥30,000 per treatment.

About 50–167 treatments

The number of treatments whose revenue equals the introduction cost.

With 44 treatments per month

About 1.1–3.8 months of revenue

At 44 treatments per month, this is the period of treatment revenue equivalent to the introduction cost.
